Tracy Dennis-Tiwary is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Hunter College and the director of the Emotion Regulation Lab at the City University of New York. In addition to her academic work, she co-founded Wise Therapeutics, a digital therapy company aimed at helping individuals manage anxiety through science-based interventions. Throughout her career, she has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and presented her work at more than 300 conferences. Her media presence includes contributions to major outlets like The New York Times, CNN, and CBS, where she discusses the role of emotions in mental health.
